Saved Reports
Within VEGA you're able to save your custom Performance table reports and settings for quick reference and access when you need them.
Right below the Table Settings header on the right, click on the ellipsis menu to expand the Saved Reports menu. You'll then have the options to:
- Save as a New Report: this option is always available and when selecting it will open a text box where you can set the name of your report.
- Save Report: if you currently have a Saved Report open this option will activate if you made any changes and wish to save them to the current report.
- Revert to Saved: if you currently have a Saved Report open this option will activate if you made any changes and wish to undo those changes.
- Export: always available and enables you to export and download the current view.
- Scheduled Exports: opens a modal where you can configure recurring emailed delivery of your saved report.
- Share: makes a copy of the report's URL that you can send to other VEGA users.
- Rename: change the name of your report.
- Delete: remove your saved report from your list.
When you're viewing a saved report, the radio button next to the report name will be selected and the name of the report will show on the left:
If you've made a change to the report, a refresh icon will be displayed which can undo the changes you have made:
The X icon will close your saved report view and return the Performance Table to its default setting:
