Setting Allocations via CSV Upload

To make mass updates to lead caps, VEGA offers a CSV import feature that allows you to export a file of the Allocations table, make your changes in a spreadsheet and reupload as a CSV file.

• At the top of the Allocations table there are icons for exporting and importing:

• After exporting and downloading the file, open in a spreadsheet and update the CPL, Cap/AdjustedCap for each Campaign as needed. Then Save as a CSV.

• When the file is ready to be imported, make sure the correct month is selected on the Allocations page.

• A green message will display at the top of the screen if the file import was successful.
  • If this message does not display there may be an issue with the file format, contact Support if needed.

Tips:

• Remember to review and Save your changes after importing.
• If the Allocations table is selected to show All Vendors only the Save option is available.
• If the file was imported with a specific vendor selected the options to Save and Send IOs are available.
