Lead Statuses
All leads in VEGA are assigned a Status value indicating where it currently stands in the lead lifecycle, from first being created and each subsequent step in the conversion funnel.
The examples below are defaults in VEGA, but customization is available to better align VEGA with clients terminology and processes.
The Performance Table provides users the ability to analyze across these statuses to gain insights into campaign performance.
VEGA Lead Processing Statuses
| new_lead | Lead received and accepted |
| filtered | Filtered before external validation |
| rejected | Rejected by an external validation |
| error | Internal error occurred during lead processing |
Client Down-Funnel Statuses
| returned | Previously accepted lead was invalidated after the fact |
| contacted | Lead has been contacted by an admissions advisor |
| interviewed | Lead has completed the interview process |
| qualified | Lead has been found to be qualified for the application process |
| application_started | Lead has started the application process |
| applied | Lead has applied to the program |
| admitted | Lead has been admitted to the program |
| enrolled | Lead has enrolled |
| started | Lead has started at least one class in the program |
| class_passed | Lead has passed at least one class |
